NEW! Small Group Personal Training

Bridging the gap between Group Fitness Classes and One to One Personal Training are the new Small Group Personal Training sessions. SGPT provides a range of sessions offering the intensity of personal training within a group dynamic.

Finding a balance between a fun and sociable class environment with the expert attention that comes with a Personal Training session, Baoase Personal Health Club Small Group PT classes are limited to a maximum of 6-8 people to ensure a more bespoke experience. All sessions form a complete training program and have been designed to be performed together to get the best results. You not only have your trainer to answer to, you will also have a group of like minded individuals expecting you to show up! Whether you are on a budget or just prefer the support of others, SGPT offers a number of specialized training sessions that maximize results.

We offer different types of Small Group Personal Training

BodyCentric- Monday 8am

This class is a combination of pilates, yoga and core work. The class focuses on strengthening your core and abdominal muscles while improving your flexibility and strength. It works on stretching, toning, and lengthening muscles. No two classes are the same and the instructor focuses on the needs of the individuals participating in the class.

Cardio Boxing-Tuesday 6.30pm 

An energetic workout regimen based on boxing techniques the class employs jump ropes, shadow boxing and ultra high energy to increase strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. This circuit style cardio class has been called “the workout of a fighter without a fight.”

ABS&Legs Attack- Friday 5.30pm

Lift & shape your lower body assets. Build lower body lean muscle, a strong core & add functional strength with this intense deep muscle focused workout.

Personal Fit Challenge- Sunday 8am

This circuit class offers a unique blend of cardiovascular and muscular endurance for the entire body. Participants burn fat and tone muscles by performing various exercises for one-minute intervals using a variety of exercise equipment. All levels are welcome, as each exercise can be modified to suit individual needs.
