Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness program. At Baoase Personal health Club, we place as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as we do on personal training. It’s important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet. We know that learning how to eat healthy is the secret to achieving and maintaining true health & fitness, and we’ve literally helped our clients drop thousands of lbs of unwanted body-fat, while toning, sculpting and strengthening their bodies & minds!
During your initial fitness consultation, we will analyze your calorie and nutrient intake via your personal health app. You will be asked to complete a food diary for a week, which is analyzed to create a personalized client report. We will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results.
If needed we offer extensive nutrition plans to achieve your fitness goals and once we’ve determined your individual diet and lifestyle objectives we might advice to expand your Personal Fit plan with an accessory nutrition plan. We’ll schedule a follow up consultation, when we’ll create an extensive nutrition program for you, which will address your strengths and weaknesses and create a new day-today diet plan. We understand that a high-pressure working or home life can sometimes be a challenge. We make sure you always maintain control by developing specific diet plans for those more unusual occasions, whether it’s a holiday, city break, dinner party or long haul trip.

A One-Hour Comprehensive Nutritionist Assessment, where we’ll work with you to design a Customized Nutritional Program that is tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle, but ensures you’re on track for reaching your goals!

It’s one thing to know what you’re supposed to eat, but it’s another to make sure that you do it! And that’s where our Baoase health app of tracking your meals, fluid-intake, mental progress, emotional stumbling blocks and much more, gives you the best chance to not just reach your weight-loss goals, but learn to maintain them forever!
3. 7-Days-A-Week Daily Support
Accountability is one of the key factors in weight-management and behaviour-modification.
