I’ve been a fitness professional for over 15 years. Started out as a (group) fitness instructor and extended my knowledge as a personal trainer nutritionist and detox coach. As a general manager at large health club chains I’ve been part of the change, growth and professionalization in the fitness& health industry and by opening my own Personal health Club I want to provide the service, personal focus and dedication all clients deserve and need to help them accomplish their personal goals and create a healthy lifestyle.

As a Lifestyle coach I’ve been proudly coaching my clients to long-term success for over 15 years. Whether it be true group fitness training, developing the Healthy Detox- and Lifestyle Program, Yoga classes or personal training sessions, I believe real success comes through the perfect collaboration of good nutrition, proper exercise, and providing my clients with the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle forever!



As a General Manager in the Health and Fitness branch I’ve successfully built and managed large health clubs throughout the Netherlands. I’ve trained and guided young fitness professionals to become specialists in their own field. My own personal fitness challenges I find in participating in local triathlons and international Ironman 70.5. I know first-hand how much hard work and dedication it takes to become an athlete and how much discipline you need to reach your personal goals.
